Summer Jobs UK Farm Park Ranger Description Cantref Adventure Farm & Riding Centre is an Award Winning family run tourist attraction in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South/Mid Wales. We are looking for a Farm Park Ranger to join our team. Candidates must be able to drive a tractor as you will be required to do the Tractor and Trailer Rides. You will also need to enjoy working with the general public especially children and have an interest in farming and the countryside. During the Trailer Rides you will be required to give a talk about various farm animals and rare breeds, the farm and the National Park. You will be required to present shows throughout the day e.g Bottle Feeding Lambs, Pet Handling, Mini Farmers, Pony Rides, Pig Racing etc. You will need to perrform in our Mr Ev's Stage show, so must have a cheerful, confident, bubbly personality. Other duties will include general care of the animals including small animals and farm animals, keeping the Park clean and tidy and helping to manage a team of full and part time staff. This is initially a temporary position but there is the opportunity to be permanent for the right candidate.
