Welcome to Mojito Cafe-Bar
About us:
We are located in Pefki, in the second biggest Island in Greece, which is called Evvia. It`s quite small place, but with lovely exotic atmosphere, with a lot of palms around, mountaits and hot sea.
The main tourist season is two months long, starting from the beginning of July and ending at the beginning of September.
We are very close to Athens, around 2, 5 hours by car and 3 hours by bus. Near to Pefki are the most famous places in Greece, like Delphi, Thesaloniki, Skiathos, Skopelos – where was made a movie Mama Mia, you can visit them during your days off.
Pefki is mostly visited by Greeks tourists, but its also full of foreigners from Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Russia or America.
Our cafe-bar is one of the most popular, beautiful and crowded in this area, thanks of a big experience and popularity owners. We were working all our life to open this cafe-bar, like barmans, waitresses, latin dancers and photomodels. The point of the bar – is to give all the best to Our customers and the most exclusive things.
My fiance`s name is Dimitris – is a local Greek man, which makes the best coffies , and me – Alicia – local Polish girl, which has a big love to the Latin Music, and specially latin dance, with 12 years experience with dancing. This is how we created idea about the cafe-bar.
Job desctiption:
The position, that we would like to offer you, is waitres or barwoman. We will try to see you, during your job, where you feel more comfortable and better.
Waitress usually is working from 6 oclock afternoon till 2.00, 3.00 oclock in the morning, or morning schedule.
Job description for waitress is taking the orders, bringing the orders, making the bills, and cleaning the tables.
Barwoman is working from 6.00 pm to 2.00, 3.00 am, or another schedule – from the morning till afternoon. The main thing that she has to do is – making coffees, drinks, coctails and keeping clean working space area, before the job, during the job, and after the job. To do not leave dirty things for the staff, which are working in the morning.
Hours schedule:
According Greek low, staff can`t work more than 8-9 hours. We like to follow the rules, thats why at our place, you will not work more than 9 hours per day, also we understand how hard to work at night and feel tired on the next day.
Usualy every week our staff has 1 or 2 days off, it depends how many job we have. If we are very much busy we will give you 1 day off per week, if we do not have many jobs, you will take 2 or more days off, also, if you like to make vacations during your staying here – you can ask us for this, we will decide in which period we can find it out.
Uniform:
We prefer to wear your own clothes, however they have to be always clean and tidy, specially in the evening you have to look fresh and nice, because there are many people that will look at you, also you will preper coffees and drinks also serving them -thats why its very much important to look really great and fresh.
What Can we offer you:
First of all, you will work at the most beautiful and expensive cafe-bar, we will teach you how to make the best coffees, drinks and cocktails. You will meet here many famous personalities, also around you will be clever and influentials people.
We offer you 30 euros per day + accommodation free + your tips. Sometimes when we cook at home, we can bring you the food also, every often we order something from the restaurant.
You will share apartment with 1 girl more. At room there is everything necesary, itm. Room with beds, kitchen – there is everything what u need, and bathroom. The one thing is that – at room there is not washing machine – you have to make washing by hands. If you have very much dirty clothes we can wash it at our home.
If you like to bring your notebook – just go ahead, we have wi-fi connection and internet cafe, so you can use for free internet, to have easier connection with your family or friends.
You can use our sun-chairs on the beach for free.
But we do not cover your travel expenses.
Whom we are looking for? :
its necessary to have good knowledge of English language (there are many people, that are working here from another countries, thats why its very much important to speak English good, to have easier communication with them ).
It`s not necessary to speak Greek, usually our customers speaks English, and before you come we will send you basic words, how to take the order, if you will have a problem with anything, you can ask girls or boys which speaks Greek, to help you.
Its very much important to be fast and flexibility
Ability to learn fast
Cooperative and loyal nature – you will work with another 10 people, thats why it`s so important to possess those characters traits.
Good looking girl – this is the most important thing, you will work at very good place, thats why we want very good looking girls
Girls which knows how to make fun with the customers, the place that you will work, was created to make Our customers happy
Kind and polite girl
Any previous experience is welcomed, but not necessary
